• You’ll qualify for our ‘Splashback’ offer if your holiday to the Isle of Wight (minimum stay of 3 nights or more) is impacted by at least 8+ hours of continuous rain on the same day, on at least one day during your trip.
• The offer is only open to customers travelling via a private vehicle, where their trip originates from Southampton via a private vehicle including: cars, minibuses, motorhomes, motorcycles or private towed vehicles.
• The offer is not open to bookings made via corporate accounts or frequent traveller accounts and does not apply to foot passenger travel.
• All qualifying trips must have been booked between 10 July 2024 and by midnight on 31 August 2024, where the outbound travel date from Southampton occurs between 10 July and 30 September 2024.

• Please allow up to 14 business days for a response. 
• Claims will be assessed using historic Met Office data and Red Funnel reserves the right to make the final decision.
• If your claim is successful, you will be emailed a 50% OFF discount code valid for a return visit for any time up to 30 April 2025. The code will be valid toward future vehicle ferry travel booked direct via Red Funnel, where the outbound journey must originate from Southampton.
