Dash in the Dark is returning to Southampton Common on Saturday 20 September from 6pm. This 5k glow in the dark fun run is raising vital funds for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance - Red Funnel's 2025 Charity of the Year!
Gather your glow gang and get ready to walk, jog, run or dance your way around this special night time mission.
Over the years, Dash in the Dark events have raised over £200,000 to keep your Air Ambulance flying and saving lives.

Adults £20

What you get:
Each participant will receive a free Dash in the Dark T-shirt to wear, a runner number and will collect a glow in the dark medal at the finish line!
Fundraising:
Set up your fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. We recommend setting your fundraising goal at £60. All money raised from this event will help us continue our life-saving work.

Getting There
Location: Southampton Common, The Avenue, Southampton, SO15 7NN
By bus: Upon exiting our Southampton terminals, head straight over the crossroads onto High Street, where the bus stop for 'Telephone House Pharmacy' will be ahead on your left, before Co-Op. Take the Unilink U1A to Southampton Common. Journey time approximately 20 minutes.
