Festival of Heroes returns to The County Showground this July with all your favourite characters who can't wait to meet you!
Sail from Southampton to West Cowes as a foot passenger for just £13.50 per adult or £6.70 per child. Festival of Heroes is just a short bus ride away from our West Cowes terminal.
What's On
Organised by Island children's charity Daisy Chains IW, Festival of Heroes is an amazing event full of fun for all the family!
Look forward to a whole host of heroes, princesses , characters from Storybooks and TV, and not forgetting the Transformers and dinosaurs.
Don't miss a visit to the arena jam-packed with fabulous acts including the fantastic stunt bike performance. The big top will house the circus shows, character shows and Colouroke.
To complement all of this there will be lots of attractions , activities and stalls to include vintage amusements, inflatables, pony rides, and a gaming bus!
So why not come and join in the fun at the Island's biggest Character Festival, have a fab day out and help raise funds for Daisy Chains IW Children's Charity.

Getting There
By car: Isle of Wight County Showground, Cowes Road, Northwood, Isle Of Wight PO30 5TP
By bus: Once you arrive at our West Cowes Red Jet terminal, simply catch the Number 1 bus from M&S/Carvel Lane to the County Showground. Plan your journey here.
Travel Offer T&Cs
Red Jet: £13.50 Adult Day Return / £6.70 Child (5-15yrs) Day Return valid for travel on 26 or 27 July 2025 on any sailings between Southampton and West Cowes. Travel must start in Southampton. Carriage is subject to availability and is on a first come first served basis. Note: It is not possible to pre-book specific sailing times with these tickets.
